As I sat and listened to a co-worker share how chaotic her day turned out, I chose to give her my undivided attention, because Sometimes We Need To Release It!!!

There are some seasons in our lives that can be very trying and frustrating, but it’s important to know how to properly channel our emotions. If you try to hold on to everything and never release it, it can be detrimental to your spirit, your mind, and your body!!! Sometimes We Need To Release It!!! When you release it, you can experience a new beginning. When you release it, you are able to breathe again. Sometimes We Need To Release It!!!

I remember when my husband and I were experiencing marital problems, as long as I tried to fix things it didn’t work. As long as I tried to hold on to what was no longer there, matters go worse. It wasn’t until I released it, that life could begin again. It wasn’t until I released it, that I could see myself in the dusty mirror!!! Sometimes We Need To Release It!!!

It wasn’t long after I made a decision to release my situation to the one that’s far more capable to handle it than I, my life changed for the better!!! My husband and I reconciled, and began as one united together!!! Sometimes We Need To Release It!!!

Here are 7 tidbits to help you release it:

Love yourself more than anything else

Everything can’t be kept

Turn away after the release I t’s not always easy to release, but it’s possible

Take your time, but release it

Give it away

Open your hands and

Let It Go!!!
