We are in a season where we are surrounded by negativity. We hear and see it all over the news, and social media. It has even eased into our homes, communities, and in the workplace. We can choose to be a part of the negativity or Change Our Thinking!!! I experienced a situation on my job a couple of weeks ago that left me an emotional wreck. The more I tried to shake the negative feelings, the more frustrated I became. I was drained, the days seemed longer, and my peace was silent.

When I recognized my lack of peace, I had a wake up call. I immediately began to shift my mindset, and Change My Thinking.

My experience may differ from what you are going through today, but if there’s anything or anyone consuming your peace and/or joy Change Your Thinking!!!

You are NOT responsible for the actions of others, but you are held accountable for how you respond to those actions. Therefore, you must ask yourself “is it worth it”?

Your answer should be “I will no longer hold on to anything or anyone that causes me to be negative. I will Change My Thinking”!!!

Here are a few Tips to help you Change Your Thinking:

Tip 1: Cancel all negative thoughts – if it doesn’t build up, don’t think it or speak it.

Tip 2: Have positive words in your heart – think (focus) on good things only.

Tip 3: Always seek a quiet place to regroup when you are faced with negativity.

Tip 4: Never let others pull you into their negativity.

Tip 5: Get your thinking right – change the way you view things.

Tip 6: Embrace peace daily – don’t allow anything or anyone to steal your peace Change Your Thinking!!!

Affirmation:Today, I choose to shift my mindset, and change my thinking!!!
